Be Better Challenge

Our 3rd Be Better Challenge!! Open to all current and previous members wanting to test their strength, endurance and skills. We hold these challenges every six months so you are never without a goal to train for. Lifts include deadlift, kettlebell press, Turkish get-up and kettlebell or dumbbell snatches. Paleo/keto potluck to follow. Even if challenging yourself isn’t something that motivates you, you can sign up for a commemorative shirt and attend to support your gym family!
