Small Group Practice
Our classes are all small group practice, and each day of the week we have a different skill set we focus on. SGP is the overall practice the skill of strength plus all the methods listed mixed in at SGP. Utilizing multiple modalities and forms of practice to optimize every level of fitness. Teen Training Camp
TTC combines general physical preparedness for middle to high school athletes with hardstyle kettlebell training. Caution: Those who use kettlebells on a regular basis report increase in confidence, speed, endurance, strength and mobility leading to a general feeling of hotness. Be prepared. Each class reflects the SPG each day of the week, with the exception of Wednesdays. Wednesdays Teen Training Camp offers AcroAthletics.
ART / Accelerated Rate of Transformation
LIMITED AVAILABILITY. This special three, six, or nine week program is a fitness and nutrition intensive program including daily mobility, stability, strength and metabolic conditioning to jump start your life long goals.
MONDAYS / Skills & Drills
Skills & Drills-- Daily practice of the skill of strength using multiple modalities including kettlebells, TRX, barbells, Rip training, SandBells, battle ropes and more. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. The ultimate in functional fitness. We assess your movement patterns and only load when beneficial to optimize all levels of fitness.
TUESDAYS / Powerlifting
Strength simplified. Methodical approach to the world of Deadlift, Bench Press, Back Squat and Military Press. Way more fun than it sounds.
WEDNESDAYS & SATURDAYS / Metaholic
Sometimes you want a little punishment. For those of you who need your ass handed to you to feel like you maximized your time in the gym. Please remember that you asked for it. Whining not permitted.
THURSDAYS / Hardstyle Kettlebell
The Russian method of training used to apply martial art like focus using the appropriate technique and maximum power in the shortest time possible. Teaching you to focus the scattered energies of the body into a directed all-out effort while minimizing the odds of injury. Ages 8-98
FRIDAYS / Straps, Sticks & Sometimes balls
A killer hybrid of TRX suspension training and Rip training. Whether you are new to fitness or an old school gym rat, this will get you moving.
Peak Performance Training
You asked for it so now we have a strength and conditioning class for novice to elite athletes. Injuries should not impede your performance. Build the requisite strength to take your game to the next level.
Combining breathing techniques, foam rolling, mobility, and corrective movements to regain the strength you were born with. It will make you feel better than you knew you could. Fantastic accompaniment or preparation for each and every class we or anyone else offers.
