Bend the Knee Challenge

An in-house strength challenge for current and previous members only that will be followed by a member appreciation party. Come test your overall strength and endurance with all or any of the four events. Lifts are barbell or kettlebell deadlift, kettlebell military press, kettlebell Turkish get-up and the kettlebell or dumbbell snatch. This is a one day competition and even if you don't plan on participating you can volunteer to help or even just come to support. This will be a day like no other. Let the games (and training) begin!
